  1. At Brux Night Guard, we feel we have the best-engineered and manufactured nighttime mouth guard on the market. Our product is fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship.

    Claims for shortages, product defects, or problems with packaging should be made as soon as possible after receiving your order and we will send a replacement mouth guard within 3 business days. Please CONTACT US BY USING THE FORM BELOW with all related information.

    The Brux Night Guard is a moldable oral device that is designed to fit a wide variety of dentitions. Still, we understand that it might not fit or work precisely for everyone. Many problems with proper fit can be easily corrected by reviewing our molding instructions. One of the benefits of our distinctive design is that the night guard can be re-molded at any time if it doesn't fit correctly.

    We developed the Brux Night Guard after years of trying many different night guards and being unsatisfied with the way they worked and fit. We took the best components of each one and constructed one from the ground up that we feel works better than all the rest we have ever used.

    We understand first hand that it takes some time to get used to sleeping with a mouth guard, but over time it gets much easier and the payoff is truly worth giving it some time. It's similar to wearing eyeglasses for the first time. They can be uncomfortable, obtrusive, and even cause headaches until the eyes adjust. Wearing a mouth guard at night is similar in that it is conspicuous in the mouth and can take time to get used to.

    For those who experience a product defect or problems with packaging, please contact us by email first before returning.

    All returns MUST be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization number. To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization please USE THE FORM BELOW and include your name, contact information, date of purchase, order number and reasons for returning the night guard.

    Unused items should be returned in the original packaging along with the Return Merchandise Authorization number. Returned items without a Return Merchandise Authorization number will not be accepted and we will not credit your account. You will be responsible for all shipping costs. You may return or exchange your purchase, provided it is unopened and in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving the order. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF DELIVERY. Due to the hygienic nature of the product, if the package has been opened and the product has been used, it will be subject to a $10 recycling fee. We will credit the full purchase price minus the $10 fee to your credit card.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not pay for any shipping costs to or from the customer. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning any used or unused items to us, and the original shipping cost to you is non-refundable. You might consider using a trackable shipping service for returned items to ensure we properly receive them back, although we don't require it. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Returns processing and credits will be issued within 7 business days of receipt of your returned item(s).

    Any items purchased from a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to their return policy.

DO NOT fill out this Return Information Form if you already received a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) email from us.


  1. Orders may be cancelled free of charge provided the cancellation is received by us prior to shipping.

  2. All confirmed (paid) orders that are cancelled after shipping may be subject to a $10 administrative fee.
