Shipping policy

On occasion BNG offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers can receive free shipping on the order, or if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. BNG ships via USPS for all domestic packages.

Shipping & Handling

We primarily ship via USPS, though we may use alternative carriers when and if appropriate.

Ground Shipping (USPS) Starting at $6.00 for standard-sized items. Larger items may incur additional shipping charges, which will be calculated at checkout.

Priority Shipping (USPS) Starting at $9.00 for standard-sized items. Larger items may incur additional shipping charges, which will be calculated at checkout.

All rates apply to domestic shipments within the continental United States.

Large Orders: Orders over 3 units may require additional shipping fees. We'll email you for approval before processing your shipment.

The processing time for most orders is usually 3 to 5 business days, although we try to process orders before 11 am Pacific on the same day whenever possible. After that, delivery time within the United States is usually 5 business days for Ground Shipping and 3 days for Priority Shipping. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country, air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or backend charges once the package has exited the United States.

Packages undeliverable by USPS will be cancelled and refunded once they are received back to us and processed at our shipping hub.
